"Quantico 6-22-77 - 'U.S. Naval Academy' - not used" United States Naval Academy Midshipmen on the firing line with what appear to be military model 1911A1 pistols converted to fire .22LR. Note that they are training using the classic Isosceles firing stance with elbows locked. This young Midshipman must have been one of the first women to graduate The Academy in 1980.
